3000 Downloads

What a season!

I’m very proud of what we captured in these episodes, and really thrilled at the response.

To help with context, I like to think of the download numbers in these terms: if 3000 people came to an event to hear all these actors speak, that would be a wild success! How often do I (or anyone) have the opportunity to share great stories and advice with 3000+ people—directly to their ears? Not often!

The show also enjoyed what I’m calling the “Dakin effect”—he’s someone with the original large social following: lots of friends and acquaintances!

The Dakin Effect

Of course, some shows get more people, and some do get less. For all the podcasts out there, our show is on par with how most shows do, and for a project with no established audience beforehand, I’m delighted with the progress. I’m optimistic that things will only get better and the show will find more and more people!

It’s been a ton of work, and hopefully I’ll figure out how to be more and more efficient with my time and getting things done. 🙂

Overall, it’s been a very rewarding and fun experience, and I hope you’ve enjoyed the journey!

Thank You!

To all the guests this season, and another big thanks to all those listening!
