From our January 2021 workshop, it’s the final session of Act 1, Scene 3 and Act 3, Scene 2, from Shakespeare’s As You Like It.
We continue rolling out these episodes from the past 12+ months of workshops we’ve been doing. If you’ve missed any presentations thus far, click here to find them all.
This was our first “all pro” group—with a plethora of talent, we created a session with just the professionals working, and it didn’t disappoint! In just a few sessions, this trio of women created some wonderful moments in this play and I know you’ll enjoy it!
Aubrey Saverino and Meaghan Boeing are both graduates of The Old Globe and USD’s MFA program and are both big Shakespeare fans. Elizabeth Swain has been acting and directing these works for years as well, so it was a group with a lot of passion and talent!
These presentations are available on the podcast and YouTube, and you can find both below. While there is a video component, since so much emphasis is on the text, I believe it’s still an excellent experience with the audio version.
